The Collection Process

Step 1. Order free Recycling / Rescue Boxes by calling Cartridge Rescue™ on freecall 1800 628 854, by going to online bookings on our web page or from your stationery supplier. Once you have collected a minimum of ten or more used cartridges place them into the Recycling Box. Seal the box with packaging tape making sure the box is secure for transport.

Step 2. Then call, fax or go to online bookings on our web page and provide The Cartridge Rescue™ with your pick up details. This includes your pick up address, contact name, contact phone number and the number of boxes the courier will be picking up.

Step 3. The Cartridge Rescue™ will arrange a pick up with a courier. For all locations the courier is TNT (look out for their bright orange trucks). The courier driver will bring with him a consignment note and label/s. Please ensure this label/s is attached to your box/s. Please keep a copy of the consignment note as the consignment note number will be your reference number should you need to inquire about your pick up.

Please ensure that only a courier who has a consignment note and labels for your goods picks up your cartridges. There are many companies who pose as The Cartridge Rescue™ to fraudulently take your cartridges.

Step 4. Cartridge Rescue™ will donate $2 per collection to Royal Flying Doctor Service.
